Attracting customers - promoting a new theatre & conference venue

Our digital and design specialists were asked to create a new brand identity, brand identity management guidance materials and interactive website for the Floral Pavilion’s new Theatre, Plaza and Conference Centre, as part of a £60million leisure development in New Brighton.

Our aim was to attract new customers, promoting the full range of facilities offered by this revitalised entertainment and conference venue, ahead of an official gala opening featuring legendary local comedian Ken Dodd.

To reflect the building’s distinctive architecture, we created a brand identity that was clean, crisp and modern. The new ‘Have You Scene It?’ brand then formed the basis for an integrated marketing campaign.

We designed an inaugural promotional brochure, conference portfolio, media publicity and outdoor advertising for the regional bus and rail network. Our in-house videographer also produced a promotional video, while our PR specialists worked hand-in-hand with the client to generate positive press and media coverage ahead of the official opening.
