Strategic marketing - enhancing reputation, supporting communities

Our strategic marketers supported not-for-profit housing association The SLH Group to develop a comprehensive marketing and communications strategy to drive forward the organisation’s reputation and better support its role and responsibilities across its local communities.

 The SLH Group manages approximately 3,500 homes in the South Liverpool area and wanted to better understand the perceptions of both internal and external stakeholders in a complex partnership environment.

As well as carrying out desk-based research, we conducted in-depth telephone interviews with tenants, staff and key partners across the city to identify their key issues, priorities and challenges. Our design and branding experts also carried out a brand key workshop as an interactive way of helping SLH staff explore what the organisation stands for and how to bring its corporate vision to life.

Harnessing this insight, our team produced a situation analysis and recommendations report which included a full communications audit, competitor analysis and media coverage analysis, as well as the tenants and stakeholder mapping and perception research.
